Workout regimes should also be well timed out, and one should work each body part once a week. The workout routine should be consistently followed and one should maintain a journal of all lifts and exercises. One should take ample amount of rest and sleep as muscles grow when people are asleep. So people should not over train themselves and should get at least 7-8 hours or sleep a night.
