Reiki
Reiki originated in Japan and was developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. It was later introduced to Western culture in the late 1930’s. Reiki is a hands on healing practice, designed to work with the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of the body. Reiki translates to Universal Life Force Energy: “Rei” = universal and “Ki” = life force energy. A Reiki session will consist of the practitioner placing the hands lightly on the clients body, or just slightly above. The practitioner will them move through 12-15 hand positions with their palms down. There are no side effects to Reiki. Reiki can be used as many times as the client or practitioner feels is necessary to facilitate the persons own healing process.

A Reiki session will encourage stress reduction and relaxation, as well as support effective immune-system function. A trained Reiki Master, Kaleia’s healing energies will leave you feeling relaxed, clearer, lighter and emotionally balanced.

Crystal Bowl Meditations (monthly event)

Kaleia will channel Divine healing energies while playing seven different crystal bowls, which are specifically attuned energetically to each of your seven major chakras. You will be gently guided through her channeled meditation to clear, cleanse and balance each chakra using color, light and sound vibrations. Deep relaxation, inner peace and calmness, a heightened sense of awareness, even deeper connection to your Spiritual Guides and intuition are all possible benefits of this session.
